What should/shouldn’t I bring to the event?

ATTIRE
All evening events are casual dress, so relax and be sure to pack your favorite jeans and shirt or skirt and shirt. All events happening during the day are business dress, so grab your favorite dress outfit and be ready to face the day with confidence.

CLASSES
While you are at CONNECT, we see you as part of the IBC family, and that means you go to family events. IBC classes are revolutionary, so you will want to bring your Bible, a notebook and something to write with, or just bring your favorite note taking app.

DORMS
We would love if you stayed with us all year, but for the couple of nights you are here, you will need to pack a few of your own items: towels, twin-sized bedding, pillow (the usual ‘I’m going to church camp’ items).

MISC
Below are some things you may also want to consider bringing along:
Athletic clothing (for open gym-no shorts and no skirts above the knee)
Pastor/youth pastor or parents (while this may not be the most popular, all are welcome)
Social media (don’t forget to use #IBCCONNECT17 and share your story with us)
Camera (this is a weekend where you will want to capture memories)
