Photography and Videography Captured by Indiana Bible College and Those Designated by Indiana Bible College

When you enter an event presented by Indiana Bible College, you will be entering an area where photography, video, and audio recording may occur.

During the event, the Indiana Bible College promotions team will be taking photographs, recording audio, and recording video of the event, which will include attendees involved in worship activities. Staff and/or participants may use such photographs or video records to recall activities or participants. In addition, such photographs and audio/visual recordings may be used in Indiana Bible College’s publications, advertising materials, streaming, and website.

By entering the event premises, you consent to: photography, audio recording, and video recording; the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of those media to be used for live streaming, promotional purposes, advertising, and inclusion on websites; and/or any other purpose by Indiana Bible College in perpetuity.

By entering the event premises, you release Indiana Bible College and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, and/or publication of photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalty in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Indiana Bible College or the person or entity designated to do so by Indiana Bible College.

Personal Photography and Videography

Personal photography and videography on the night of worship is allowed, but will be limited to phones and non-professional cameras. A non-professional camera is defined as any camera without interchangeable lenses. In addition, Indiana Bible College promotions has roaming shooters with shot priority. Any personal photography or videography must be done from the ticketed seat of the participant. Photographers and videographer not designated by Indiana Bible College are not allowed to capture content while roaming throughout the sanctuary, balcony, or other areas outside of the assigned seat.

Live video during the night of worship is prohibited. Video captured should be limited to 30 second clips. Under no circumstance may video clips over 30 seconds long allowed to be uploaded to social media.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the service/event.
