Transcript Request

Before you order your transcript

1. No record will be released if there is a financial hold on file or if any accounts are delinquent.
2. A $5.00 fee is charged for each official mailed transcript. 
3. If you have a name change, please provide legal documentation in the form of a driver’s license, marriage license, or Social Security card.
4. Current students can access unofficial academic records in the student management system.

An official transcript is a certified statement of your complete academic record at the College; including coursework, grades, and degrees earned. Former students can obtain two types of transcripts; official and unofficial. Below is the process for each of those:

Requesting Official Transcripts

1. Download the transcript request form.
Download, fill out and email to

The cost for official transcripts is $5.00 and can be paid by calling (317) 554-8069 ext 213.

Once you have completed and emailed the form, and made payment with the Financial Office we will process your request. 

Be advised that transcript requests can take up to 10 business days to complete.

Unofficial transcripts can be secured at no cost at any time through our student management system, populi.

After you have logged into populi, you’ll find transcript actions on “My Profile” under the “Student” tab. Select “Export Transcript” under the “Transcript Actions” dropdown box. You will then be prompted to download an unofficial transcript.
